RAS AL KHAIMAH. 4th May 2023. (WAM). Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police inaugurated a platform of advanced drones for Aerial Photography in accordance with the directives of Interior Ministry aimed at maintaining pace with technological and scientific development and improving service levels provided by the Operations Department.

Major General Al Nuaimi stated that the launch reflects the efforts made by the leadership in acquiring and attracting modern equipment and devices which contribute to the enhancement of security and safety within the emirate, and to the success of the police and security services.

The advanced platform, which is easy to move, is equipped with a wide angle camera and is considered a meteorological station. It was launched in the presence of several senior officers. The GPS-enabled GPS system is equipped with sensors for water, humidity and vibration.
