AJMAN, 3rd May, 2023 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi (Supreme Council Member and Ruler in Ajman) said that late Emirati Poet Rashid Al Khadhar, was one of UAE’s most prominent poets, known for his exceptional poetry talents.

This statement was made today, while he visited the House of Al Khadhar (Ajman), where he received a briefing from officials about the house and its renovations.

Sheikh Humaid stated that the UAE leadership values intellectuals, artists, and talents and encourages them to pursue excellence.

He also emphasized the importance of innovation and culture to the lives of people, the crucial role of culture in maintaining local and Arab identities and honoring intellectuals and talent, as well as the need for literature, social innovation and general.

Al Khadhar’s House is a historical landmark, which has been renovated and restored in its original state. Visitors can learn about the poet’s life and contributions to Emirati culture, he concluded.
