Pakistan’s tourism potential is showcased at the Arabian Travel Market

DUBAI, May 2, 2023 (WAM), A 25-member Pakistani delegation is participating in the Arabian Travel Market which began on Monday at World Trade Centre Dubai. The goal of the event is to showcase the rich tourism potential of the country.

Awn Chaudhry was the advisor to the prime minister on Tourism and Sports when he inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion. According to a press statement issued by the Consulate-General of Pakistan in Dubai, he met with Helal Said Al Marri, Director General of Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing.

Chaudhry, during the meeting, praised Dubai’s vision of tourism, which in just a few short years has transformed the country into a top destination for tourists. In his remarks on Pakistani tourism, Chaudhry praised the beautiful landscape of Pakistan, which ranges from deserts, seas, mountains and varied weather throughout the year. He also highlighted the huge investment potential of Pakistan’s tourism sector.

Awn Chaudhry invited Al Marri, a Pakistani company, to attend the International Tourism Conference that will be held later this year in Pakistan. The conference is aimed at showcasing Pakistan’s tourism industry and attracting foreign tourists and investors.
