ABU DHABI (WAM), 2nd May 2023 — A third plane carrying 126 nationals of 5 countries has arrived in the United Arab Emirates today.

The UAE continue to prioritise the evacuation of those who are most vulnerable. This includes the sick, children and the elderly.

They will be hosted by the UAE and receive all of the necessary support before they are safely transferred back to their countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, (MoFAIC), in a press release, confirmed the UAE’s commitment towards providing assistance and aid to countries that are in need. It also highlighted its work with partners internationally and the international community to serve Sudanese interests.
