ABU DHABI (WAM), 1st May, 2023 — His Highness, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE, sent a letter to Jose Maria Neves of the Republic of Cape Verde. The letter included an invitation to the Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which will take place in Dubai Expo City, this November.

Sultan Ali Al-Harbi delivered the message as the non-resident ambassador of the UAE in the Republic of Cape Verde.
