DUBAI, May 1, 2023 – His highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the graduation ceremony for the new cohort of ‘Impactful Leaders,’ a programme organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development. The program aims to enhance and develop the leadership skills for emerging Emirati leader and prepare them for senior leadership positions in the UAE, as well as to manage strategic and transformative projects.
H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the graduation ceremony, as did H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Second Deputy Ruler and Chairman of Dubai Media Council.
Building the Future
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated: “Attendance at the graduation of a newly graduated cohort from the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program. The Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program has been running for 20 years. It is a programme that qualifies ministers, managers, and officials from both the public sector and the private sector. Over 20 years, 800 leaders have graduated. “Our success is due to our faith in Emirati youth. We trust them to take on leadership roles.”
“We believed our nation had world-class talent, and it was realized. Our youth also had great potential. They succeeded and rose to new heights, bringing the UAE’s reputation to new heights. “For this, we thank Allah.”
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid said that the UAE would continue to invest in young talent and prepare them as leaders.
